About The Instructor

Ms. Deana Thai is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.A. in Art Education, a Minor in Graphic Design and a M.A. in Instructional Technology with a CTE emphasis in Computer Concepts & Technology. 

​

     She is a full-time digital arts instructor at Lincoln High School and will be entering her 18th year of teaching this coming fall semester. 

​

     Ms. Thai received an “Outstanding Educator Award” for demonstrating originality, innovation and dedication to student achievement. Her students have won different contests and awards. The 2019 San Jose Downtown Doors Competition was the most recent accolade her students earned. She is so proud of her student's achievements! She is committed to setting high expectations, incorporating “Lifelong Learning Standards” and “Common Core Standards”. She believes that all students can be successful with a Growth Mind-Set!
